William James Farnsworth
Chief Designer, Developer, Partner
William James Farnsworth holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Heald Engineering College in San Francisco, where his studies emphasized the practical applications of architecture and engineering. During his time at Heald, he was recognized as an honorary member of Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges and was also named an honorary professional member of the Foundation for San Francisco’s Architectural Heritage for his contributions to the restoration of the historic Haas–Lilienthal House.
Following graduation, Mr. Farnsworth remained in the Bay Area, where he designed and constructed multiple custom homes and played a key role in transforming Victorian homes into restaurants and boutique shops that now define Union Street. As a member of Barbara Doran Associates, he contributed to the remodeling and design of existing Fairmont Hotels in San Francisco, Dallas, and New Orleans.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Farnsworth has designed and completed more than 564 units of multi-family apartments and 449 condominium units. Additionally, he was responsible for the design and construction of The Western Vault Building in Las Vegas, the largest private safety deposit facility in the United States.
Currently, his contractor’s license remains active under WJF Development LLC (#0085384). His company is engaged in the development of multi-family housing projects and custom spec homes in Las Vegas, Nevada. Please contact for further information on current project offerings.

Marina Lazendic, MBA

Ms. Lazendic relocated from New York to Las Vegas 23 years ago and has proudly called Nevada home ever since. With extensive experience in the local real estate market, she has developed a deep understanding of its dynamics. Her background spans luxury real estate, timeshare sales, and high-end hospitality, equipping her with exceptional skills in contract negotiation, marketing, and client relationship management. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University and is licensed in both real estate and financial education. Fluent in Serbo-Croatian, she is committed to continuous professional growth and delivering exceptional results for her clients.
As a dedicated new-home real estate professional, Ms. Lazendic has internally worked with and learned from top national home builders for a multitude of years —including Lennar Homes, Pulte Homes, American West, and Del Webb 55+. She specializes in NextGen floor plans, casitas, backyard offices and ADUs, RV garages, functional courtyards, and more. With in-depth knowledge of the new home construction process for both single-family and multi-family products, she provides valuable insights to both clients and Mr. Farnsworth during the floor plan design and development stages.
